Why This Site Exists
Holladay became a city in 1999, but most land, assessment, marriage, election, and jail records still belong to Salt Lake County. Utah agencies manage courts, vital records, business filings, and professional licenses. Older Holladay names may appear under Cottonwood or suburban Salt Lake headings in archival sources. We bring those separate search routes, office contacts, and access limits into one practical reference.
Resources Collected Here
- Record-specific references: public records, voter registration records, and people directories
- Correct custodians: the Holladay City Recorder, Salt Lake County offices, Utah courts, state agencies, and archives
- Search methods: court party searches, owner-to-parcel research, recorded-document trails, and historical directory work
- Access boundaries: Utah GRAMA classifications, vital-record closure periods, voter privacy, and offline request options
Limits of Our Role
Holladay People Search is a privately operated reference. We are not part of Holladay City, Salt Lake County, the State of Utah, any court, or any records office. Those limits mean:
- We do not retrieve, authenticate, or amend records for visitors
- We cannot confirm that any named person currently lives in Holladay
- We have no authority to delete government entries or outside database listings
- We do not offer legal advice or interpret a record for a personal dispute
- We cannot promise that every linked portal, fee, or office detail remains unchanged
Only the responsible custodian can verify, certify, or correct its record. Information reached through this site cannot be used for credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions.
